Design Process Performing Arts
- Project Design Review Team and ACPS staff met with
Commission for the Art on design and programming of the Black Box theater and Cafetorium Food Service
- Internal meetings with Design Review Team and ACPS food
services staff to review Rlexibility and accommodating all ages Play Areas
- Consulted with PTAT community group and engaged with
playground designer

Constructability
- Collaborative meetings were held between Design Review Team,
Keller CM, Moseley Architects, and various engineers to ensure plans are efRicient and accurate Board Approval
- School Board approved schematic design on September 15th
Academics
- Project Design Review Team and Patrick Henry School staff
meeting to review administrative areas held on September 21 MEP Systems Commissioning Agent
- RFP posted and eighteen proposals submitted for review
