New Peaceful Valley Pilot Parking Permit Program After engagement with the neighborhood council and • the river users, both groups have expressed interest in a pilot residential permit parking program for the summers of 2017 and 2018 Time limit parking and residential parking passes: • Residents living within the permit sign area will be able to access residential parking permits for themselves and quests. Vehicles without a residential permit will have a two hour time limit and will be subject to a $30.00 ticket. City staff will be presenting this information , including • program costs at the next Peaceful Valley Neighborhood Council meeting on June 14, 2017 at 6:00pm at the Peaceful Valley Community Center, 214 N Cedar.
