Update on Spokane Matters o Quarter 2 feedback  used to inform pilot moving forward o 25% response; just over 50 respondents from about 200 participants; with 2:1 Community/City ratio o Scale: o Poorly  Very Well in terms of addressing matters of import; Very low  Very High in terms of continuing pilot; Not involved  More Involved in terms of participation o Overall positive Community responses o Overall neutral responses from City staff  viewed as scope of their work o General theme that pilot has potential but there is concern as to whether the infrastructure and capital is there to support that potential o Team communication is essential and makes teams effective or not
