CI Tracker Presentation/Instructions 2009 Login: The login is the same for all login screens.
- If you are at the Reception Desk, you have a choice of the Reports or Tracking program before
you log in. The Tracking Program is the default when you log onto the computer.
- If you are logging in via http://citrack.csusm.edu/citrackweb/web
- you will enter at the Main Menu
Student Attendance Report
- 1. Select Reports from Main Menu
- 2. Log in
3.Select: Cardholder Activity Report from Reports Menu
- 4. Enter: ID no.
- 4. Press: Finish
- 5. Print Report
- If you are not at the Receptionist Desk, you may have to save a storage file at first
- Re‐enter ID and then print
Check Who Is Logged In
- 1. Select Tracking from Main Menu
- 2. Select: mdupontl from Station ID Select Menu
Change Student Login Category
- 1. If Student is still logged in.
- a. Select: Who’s Logged In from Tracking Menu
- b. Click on (select) student to change
- c. Select: Change Category button
- d. Choose correct category from the Category List and save
- 2. If student is logged out.
- a. Select: Data Browser from Tracking Menu
- b. Log in and Enter ID no.
- c. Select: Get Visits (you may want to select Date Range)
- d. Do Not Close, If you have another student to change, just enter new ID
Find a Student’s ID number
- 1. Select Data Entry from Main Menu
- 2. Enter student’s Last Name, First and click on the
