Vulnerable Customers

ESBN have issued a Statement of Compliance with SI 463. ESBN in conjunction with GNI have issued a yearly calendar for reconciliation of Vulnerable Customer numbers. A Reconciliation Template for suppliers to fill in upon completion of each reconciliation exercise has also issued. Drafting of the new DR 1173 is in progress and will be presented at the next IGG meeting.
