Vulnerable Customers ESBN have issued a Statement of Compliance with SI 463. ESBN in conjunction with GNI have issued a yearly calendar for reconciliation of Vulnerable Customer numbers. A Reconciliation Template for suppliers to fill in upon completion of each reconciliation exercise has also issued.
