Smart Non Participation Code

• As agreed during the ILG in August, ESBN will be providing a list of MPRNs,
• n a monthly basis, where the Smart Non Participation Code NTNP (Non-

Technical Non-Participation) has been applied.

• The first list was issued via RMDS on the 30th of October. ESBN apologises

for the delay issuing this report.

• An updated list will be shared on the last Wednesday of every month until the

v13.00.00 Retail Market Release.

• Market Participants are reminded to sign up to the monthly email distribution

list via RMDS in order to receive the monthly list of MPRN’s.
