Stand Rock Hospitality Resort
- Grapevine City Council approved a $9 million
incentive package to bring a Stand Rock Hospitality Resort to Grapevine
- Will include indoor and outdoor waterpark, laser
tag, ropes course, a spa, meeting facilities, and
- approx. 20 million visitors per year
- First phase will include 420 hotel rooms and
170,000 sq. ft. of water park amenities
- Phase one cost- $170 million
- Create more than 1,000 jobs
- Total cost- $330 million
- Opens doors in 2019
