 Provide trainings on Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC) to drug addiction professionals

  • Dhaka Ahsania Mission is the first ICCE approved Non Govt.

Organization in Bangladesh.

  • International Center for Credentialing and Education of Addiction

Professionals (ICCE)) of Colombo Plan has recognized DAM for enhancing the capacity of professionals in drug treatment.

  • Two batches (total 47 persons) already completed the UTC

curriculum 1 to 8 in 2017 and 2018.

  • 06 out of 14 professionals has passed ICCE-1 exam.

DAM is working with Ministry of LGRD for developing Tobacco Control Common Guideline for LGIs DAM is working with Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism for developing Tobacco Control Hospitality Sector Strategy and they adopted. DAM is working with Bangladesh Restaurant Owner Association in countrywide and above 20000 restaurants smoke free through organizing 21 districts level declaration ceremony.
