Chaperones are needed to monitor students throughout the trip. As with all members of the party, chaperones must follow the itinerary exactly as planned. Chaperones do not monitor their own children.

We are hoping to present our trip proposal to the school board for their meeting on November 11th. At that time, we would like to present a tentative estimate on the number of students and parents that would attend.
