  5. Stillwater Ave Bikeway • Stillwater Resurfacing: • Between McKnight Rd and Hazel St • Top layer of the street is ground off and replaced • Pedestrian ramps will be replaced • Scheduled for late summer or fall 2017

  19. Tonight Stillwater Avenue Bikeway Comment Form The City of Saint Paul is planning a street resurfacing on Stillwater Ave between McKnight Rd • Review info on Boards and Hazel St in 2017. Implementing bicycle lanes on Stillwater Ave as a component of this project is being proposed.
