Instructions: Make sure the sticker has your name and ID number Mark the grade you will go to next year. Ex: current 9th graders will indicate 10th grade
ALL students must select 1 of the following: English, Math, Social Studies, and Science ALL students must select a total of 10 course options. 8 courses with 2 alternates. 4 core, 4 electives, and 2 alternates This form has a FRONT and BACK

Step 1: Complete the registration card and turn in to your school counselor by their deadline Step 2: Attend 1:1 advising session with your school counselor to confirm course selections Step 3: Request any necessary supplemental forms such as: AP awareness forms, NCVPS form or a CCP form Step 4: Submit all additional forms by the deadline given by your school counselor Step 5: Confirmation sheets will be provided later in the spring and notification will be sent for schedule change requests

1. The full WCHS course offerings are listed on the course offering sheet that was included in the registration packet. 2. Students will be notified later the spring after confirmation sheets are provided when and how to submit schedule change requests. 3.
