Professional Player Development

  • As a staff, we meet with every player, on

every team, every season.

  • Additionally; Varsity players have a mid-

season informal evaluation

  • Players self-evaluate, coaches evaluate,

discussions occur, and an IDP (Individual development plan) is suggested.

  • Within a week, players submit their post-

eval form (action plan).

  • Game film is provided for review, and an

emphasis put on watching/taking notes

  • Hudl (records viewing time for each player)
