This decision does NOT require the full panel to review any additional and new information submitted. Specifically, the course objectives of the course are appropriate and sufficient. However, the topic outline appears to be from an analog circuits course instead of a digital systems course. It can be approved as soon as the panel co-chairs review information submitted.   5. 1. Statewide Information 1. 1. Discussion on Developmental Education Initiatives and how it relates to the Engineering panel. 2. IAI Information 1. 1. Panel has proposed changes to the AES model. Specifically, panel would like to lower the credit hour requirement for the AES. 3. Personnel Changes 1. New member- Michael Coffman 4. Items from Members-Changes will be made to the course approval criteria. 1. 1. Panel wanted to clarification on whether or not the panel can add more than four course descriptors. Panel manager will check into the rules and report back to the panel. 2. Panel manager will help panel engage with four-year institutions, who offer Engineering programs, to uncover whether or not 3D rigid bodies and vibrations is covered in their Dynamics course. Panel manager will present this at the Transfer Coordinator meeting in April. 3. Panel member, Panos Hadjimitsos, will engage with four-year institutions about their EGR941equivalent course and what the numerical designation of that course is in terms of 100-400 level. 4.
