- lonely. Won’t you take a
moment to send them a card or note of encouragement to let them know they are being thought of.
As a reminder, we are not passing the
- ffering plate during worship service.
However, tithes and offerings may be placed in the offering box located in the vestibule, mailed to the church, placed in the “IN” box outside the church
- ffice, or you may contribute online.

We collected $570 for the North Carolina State Mission Offering during the month of September

Volunteer at Central Regional Hospital Assisting Patients with Absentee Ballot Voting. Training, Screening and PPE provided. Operation Christmas Child Has Begun
THIS YEAR OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD HAS AN APP AVAILABLE FOR
CHILDREN TO ENJOY. CHILDREN CAN EXPERIENCE BIBLE STORIES IN A WHOLE NEW WAY; CHECK IT OUT AT WWW.SAMARITANSPURSE.ORG/TGJ-APP
October copies of the LifeWay monthly devotionals and magazines are available. We will be happy to place any of these you would like in a baggie for you to pick up. Simply call or email the Church Office.

Donations to the Butner Food Pantry can be made at the pantry on Tuesdays from 1:30-3:00 p.m. or Wednesdays from 5:00- 6:00 p.m. We will also collect items at the church
- ffice during regular office
hours. A list of food needed is on the next slide.

September Pantry Summary
9 New Family Assisted 40 Families Served (152 people) Cost was just shy of $3,000
September was the busiest month in over 6 years, towering above all. The cost of food dispensed is roughly triple the pre-pandemic baseline.
