She has 25+ years of experience in strategy, resource development and marketing communications in the for- and mostly non- profit sectors. Just prior to Reimagine she launched a non-profit, Thriving in Place, to raise private funds and provide not direct service programming for in-home supportive services for low-income seniors and people with disabilities.

  15. 16 Trinity Hospice Trinity Hospice of Georgia has been passionately providing care for hospice patients for over 35 years. Recently acquired by the LCH Group, Inc. in April 2018, Trinity Hospice is now part of the largest provider of in home healthcare services in our United States.

  16. 17 Trinity Hospice Amy, Tom and Renita are excited to join together with IHI and TCP to spearhead their project to promote Conversation Sabbath and National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) every year to educate our local community of spiritual leaders, healthcare providers and families about the importance of conversations about Advance Directives and remove the “taboo” surrounding these conversations.
