3.6km twin 5 lane underground road tunnels Sovereign-Jeda sealed all leaking bored piles, D-wall construction joints, cracks and overhead build-in fire tanks, ventilation shafts and emergency access ways – floor, side walls and roof. All water sealing and grouting work were completed in 3 months using Sovereign's NOH20 grout.

3.6km twin 5 lane under water road tunnels Sovereign-Jeda sealed all bored piles, construction joints, cracks and other subsea penetrations that caused flooding during construction. Grout sealing work using Sovereign's NOH20 grout, took only 4 months to complete.
NORTH-SOUTH LINE EXTENSION
1KM twin rail tunnels including Marina Bay underground station (300M long) located 40m from shoreline and 35M deep. Ground water leaked into the entire underground structure which was constructed in reclaimed land – floor, walls and
construction joints and cracks with Sovereign's NOH20 grout, prior to handing project over to LTA.

PU grout was unable to permanently stop leaks from the diaphragm wall through cracks in the concrete above the train tracks and platform into the housing containing the door mechanism, other electrical apparatus and wires If the leak is not permanently stopped, it may short-circuit the door mechanism or cause other issues that may result in disruption of train services Sovereign-Jeda permanently and completely stopped the leaks
