Claire’s Hub – How it began Rebranded the RMS software into Claire’s Hub • • Project began October 2016 piloting with 30 stores • Going through Q4, the golden quarter, we achieved 90% compliance on the Hub • During January we moved to 125 stores, after one week we removed them from previous communication channel • March 2017 all UK, ROI & Netherlands stores were live bringing us to 372 stores in total 2

Claire’s Hub – How we are progressing • During July we will launch our French Hub site, landing in 230 stores, this will be the first translated site • By September 2017 all EU stores will be live. A total of 1047 stores, 15 countries in 10 languages • Looking to future development with a potential to include Incident Reporting • Plans to expand to our Central Office Teams by deploying an Intranet site during Q4 3

Claire’s Hub – Success Stories • Reduction in communication from DSMs to stores, as tasks are set with on the spot reminders • Back Office has been a remarkable tool for stores to refer to for any paperwork • Reduction in printing costs and manpower has been significant • TVPs / RSMs having instant visibility of DSMs communication to stores • H&S / QC teams can closely monitor compliance for all legal regulations • Surveys – giving feedback direct from the stores to Central Office within 24 hours Store Associate 479 - Jenna: "I love the hub, it allows me to ensure I am within compliance and the fact that the team can see my responses instantly is ace!" 4

North America Reaction & Feedback ‘The Hub,’ allows me to be able to keep track on what tasks my stores have completed at the click of a button, saving me so much time – (RSM NA) Having visibility of what the stores are completing, (or not is some cases) has ensured we meet deadlines much more effectively. At Claire’s Corp, the team are able to see when promotion material has been completed in what stores. ‘The Hub,’ also gives us the ability to instruct DSM’s to chase up those who aren’t doing what is required – (Marie Hodge, Executive Director, Store Communications and Operations, NA) 9

NA Compliance • Currently compliance overall is difficult to measure as we are adding close to 250 stores per week • Compliance for the initial pilot stores is close to 90% daily • Once all stores are live and are familiar with the tool, by the middle of August 2017, we shall be able to extract the correct stats for compliance 10
