Goal Status Ithan staff will collaborate to support students’ development as writers by refining our instructional practices as part of the writer’s workshop model. Extended Learning Program: Continue to refine the program and also work with RMS administration to support the inception of a similar program at RMS. Equity Team Plan:Evaluation of curricular resources at RHS for multicultural content and anti-bias. Freshman Mentor Program: Put together a peer mentoring program for incoming freshman at RHS to assist with the high school transition. Feedback Studio: Use Feedback Studio to provide timely feedback to students on their writing across all grades and academic levels.
