  2. IES: 2018-19 Goals Goal Status Goal met Ithan staff will collaborate to support students’ development as writers by refining our instructional practices as part of the writer’s workshop model. Ithan staff will establish and foster social norms that Goal met support an inclusive learning community by implementing Responsive Classroom. Continuation of Responsive Classroom - Continue to refine, improve, and implement Responsive Classroom practices, including the incorporation of morning meeting and closing circle to foster social norms that support equity and an inclusive learning community. Implement Technology Recommendations - Support instructional practices, communication with parents, and professional development by implementing district technology expectations. 3

The goal of these PD opportunities are to equip staff with adequate tools to provide a positive learning environment across various academic, social and cultural contexts. RMS: 2019-20 Goals Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports: Develop and employ a systemic MTSS program Data Informed Instruction: Continue to reflect upon and fine-tune data informed decision making School Counseling/339 Plan: Students will actively participate in a Career Symposium and create SMART goals to gauge their progress Rigorous learning and student engagement: Provide professional development and collaboration time for teachers to create rigorous and engaging lessons. Solicit student feedback to reflect on lessons. 10

  11. RMS: 2019-20 Goals Differentiated Instruction: Continue professional development using teacher cohorts to learn, practice and refine differentiated teaching practices. Instructional Time: Evaluate the curricular/instructional breakdown in an 8-day cycle and examine adjustments to ensure that Core, Encore and intervention-based classes are delivered effectively and with fidelity. Student Wellness: Continue to study the status of student wellness in the domains of social, emotional, behavioral, physical, and college and career capacity. 11

  12. RHS: 2018-19 Goals Goal Status Use Title 1 funds to create an after-school tutoring Goal met program for students to receive remediation in English, Math, Science and Social Studies. Create an Equity Team with a clear mission, vision and Goal met purpose. Provide professional development in Ongoing Equity/Inclusion/Cultural Competence for RHS teachers. Examine scores from Keystone exams and CDTs to Ongoing identify areas of growth and need for Keystone content areas. Support all students and help them develop as writers Ongoing by developing a plan to implement Feedback Studio in English classes at RHS. 12

  13. RHS: 2018-19 Goals Goal Status Create a 339 Plan for RHS that effectively prepares our Ongoing students to be college and career ready. Implement RTSD’s Tier 1 technology expectations including Goal met the use of Office 365 and Schoology. 13

  14. RHS: 2019-20 Goals Extended Learning Program: Continue to refine the program and also work with RMS administration to support the inception of a similar program at RMS. Equity Team Plan: Evaluation of curricular resources at RHS for multicultural content and anti-bias. Freshman Mentor Program: Put together a peer mentoring program for incoming freshman at RHS to assist with the high school transition. Feedback Studio: Use Feedback Studio to provide timely feedback to students on their writing across all grades and academic levels. 14

  15. RHS: 2019-20 Goals School Counseling/339 Plan: Review and make adjustments to RHS’s 339 Plan to ensure students are college and career ready after graduation. Senior Internship Committee: Examine internship programs in other school districts and determine the feasibility of implementing this at Radnor High School. Implementation of Surface Go/Pro: Training sessions for teachers and students on how to effectively use their Microsoft device with Office 365 and Schoology. 15
