  2. Who is a Cooperator? A Cooperator is a land manager or operator working on 1 acre or more. Farmers and ranchers are the ultimate land stewards.   4. While being a Cooperator is voluntary, it does provide an alternative to the City & County permitting process and helps the environment at the same time.

  6. Sustainability and You: Oahu Cooperators are from all over the world. Farmers new to Hawaii may not be familiar with the environment’s needs, pest management practices, and state or federal laws. . . . . . . . . . . . . .
