  • JR Vinagro’s current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility is based on 20 project evaluations
  • The average evaluation is 95
  • JR Vinagro have 0 evaluations under 80
  • JR Vinagro’s single project limit is $11,501,000
  • JR Vinagro’s aggregate project limit is $50,000,000

Daedalus Projects has previously worked with JR Vinagro, most recently on the Sharon Town Hall Demolition project. JR Vinagro appears to be an eligible and responsible bidder. As low bidder Daedalus Projects recommends the District enter into a contract for the demolition of the existing George H. Mitchell Elementary School with JR Vinagro in accordance with their bid submitted April 29, 2020, in the amount of $583,000.
