5. Early Demolition Bids A review of the documentation submitted by JR Vinagro notes:
Daedalus Projects has previously worked with JR Vinagro, most recently on the Sharon Town Hall Demolition project. JR Vinagro appears to be an eligible and responsible bidder. As low bidder Daedalus Projects recommends the District enter into a contract for the demolition of the existing George H. Mitchell Elementary School with JR Vinagro in accordance with their bid submitted April 29, 2020, in the amount of $583,000.
