1. Progress Report

• DPI coordinated the submission of the Design Development documents to MSBA on March 16th. MBSA reviewed

the DD submission and issued their review comments on March 30th. The District has 14 days in which to respond to MSBA’s comments.

• RDA and DPI, representatives from the School District have been meeting virtually as a working group to solicit

feedback on the current design.

• RDA and their consultant met virtually with the Conservation Commission and representatives form other Town

Departments to review permitting requirement for the project.

• RDA and their consultants are continuing with the development of the 60% Construction Documents as noted in

the MSBA design review template.
