The Visual Preference Survey will allow the Town to evaluate the community’s preferences related to future design guidelines. Such guidelines will address: architecture, building features, site layout, landscaping and screening, parking areas, location and access, signage, pedestrian amenities, and streetscapes. The final results will reveal a desired community image (the positive images) and what should be avoided (the negative images). The desired elements will be translated into specific design guidelines to reflect North Greenbush’s vision for the future.
