  4. WINTERVILLE 2018 COMMUNITY BENEFITS OVERVIEW Park Investment Levy • In 2018, £70,000 was levied from Winterville for the Clapham Common Park Investment Levy. This money was spent on projects such as: more bins, replacing perimeter fencing, restoring the paddling pool, upgrading Battersea Rise Playground. Tickets & Discounts • Wandsworth residents accounted for 22% of all advance tickets sold. • In 2018, 35% of all advance tickets sold were taken up by Lambeth or Wandsworth residents. Some 5,550 free or discounted tickets to various events and attractions were taken up by local residents, which represented 20% of all sales. We sold 2,610 regular Local Resident Discounts and 2,189 Early Bird Discounts, which represented 35% of all ice rink tickets. Local residents and employees of local businesses enjoyed a 50% discount on Ice Rink tickets during the week before 7pm and a 10% discount at all other times. Entertainment 4 All • Portion of tickets were put aside for low income families via the community housing schemes, children's centres and youth groups. Over 60 local schools over Lambeth and Wandsworth where offered special discounts on the ice rink and the family theatre show. Raffle prizes were donated to 8 local schools. Charities & Charitable organisations • There were 3 official charity partners in 2018, Royal Trinity Hospice, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Shelter. Free fundraising prizes were given to 9 local charities.

ELECTRIC WINTER 2020 COMMUNITY BENEFITS • Free Entry - Electric Winter will be free to all SW4, SW11 and SW12 residents at all times, except after 5pm Fridays and Saturdays. • Local Resident Tickets - Unlimited amount of reduced priced tickets will be available for local residents for Spiegeltent performances on a first-come, first serve basis. • Entertainment 4 All – Due to it’s success in 2018, the Entertainment 4 All Scheme will be offered once again for cinema, mini golf, ice curling and axe throwing. This enables low income families within Lambeth and Wandsworth to access free tickets to these activities. • Ice Curling – Lambeth and Wandsworth residents and business employees can enjoy a 50% discount on ice curling sessions during the week until 7pm. • School Discounts – Schools within Lambeth and Wandsworth will be offered special discounts for ice curling and the family Christmas show. Raffle prizes will also be available for school fayres and events. • Local Work Experience – Working with Lambeth and Wandsworth colleges to create work experiences for students. • Charity Partners – Organisers will be appointing official charity partners from Wandsworth. • Local Charities – Free tickets and other benefits will be extended to local charities within Lambeth and Wandsworth.

  6. 2020 TEAM The Electric Winter 2020 promoters have engaged a professional ADD BORING production management team to oversee the delivery of the events, this will be the same management team who produced Winterville in 2018. EVENT PICS With a keen focus on community impact management, the production team will take on board the debrief reports and information that has been made available from the delivery of the 2017 and 2018 events and will look to improve upon these for 2020. The production team are well-versed in the delivery of largescale, metropolitan music events and have a trusted track record in delivering safe, enjoyable events including: • British Summer Time concert series 2013 – present, Hyde Park, London (65,000 capacity) • All Points East concert series 2018 – present, Victoria Park, East London (40,000 capacity) • Field Day 2010 – 2017, Victoria Park, East London (35,000 capacity) • Mighty Hoopla 2017, Victoria Park, East London (7000 capacity) • Mighty Hoopla & Cross The Tracks 2019, Brockwell Park, South London (20,000 capacity) • Steel Yard 2017, Victoria Park, East London (15,000 capacity) • Winterville 2018, Clapham Common, South London (5,000 capacity) • Common People 2015 – 2017, Oxford + Southampton (15,000 capacity) • Corona Sunsets 2014 – 2017, Greenwich Peninsula (5,500 capacity) • Invictus Games Ceremonies 2014, QEOP Stratford (26,500 capacity)

  7. 2020 EVENT KEY CHANGES SINCE NEW SITE LOCATION WINTERVILLE 2018 Location • The event has moved to the hardstanding site on the West side of the Common. Size • The event site footprint has reduced by 20% from 2018. • Content has been reduced to create a more focussed event with fewer sound systems and significantly less funfair rides than Winterville 2018 • Same quality event • Better space utilisation Capacity • Has reduced from a 5,000 event to a 3,000 capacity event. Operating Dates • The event duration has been reduced to 34 days (39 in 2018).

  8. CROSS PATHS The cross path to the bandstand will remain open 24 hours a day, except for peak times (expected to be Friday nights, Saturday & Sunday from lunchtime. The pathways surrounding the site will remain open 24 hours a day.
