D2P – The Business in a nutshell – Our Core Product – High Service-Level Track Car Renting

• 1 or 2 Clients (the Client(s) decide(s)) per car per day;
• Track Car damage insurance with an excess of EUR 9,000 to 25,000 depending on the car

(insurance premium included in our sales price) - the excess (yet to be defined) will be collected at the same time as the payment for the service and given back on the day following the event;

• Unlimited number of kilometers included;
• Racing ‘look and feel’: Race truck with lounge, personalized locker, helmet and car for each

Client (nationality flag and name), branded cars, driving suits and gloves, cars manipulated by dedicated mechanics (air jacks,…), car racing pit atmosphere (laps live retransmission in pits (Race Navigator), laps data review on iPads (w/ Race Navigator);

• Instructor in the car for at least the 2 first sessions – the instructor will then decide if the Client

can go on his own on track;

• Physio on site between 02:00 pm and 06:30 pm each at each of our organised track day – on-

demand free treatment;

• On-site professional Racing Simulator (Vesaro);
• Gift set at the end of the day;
• Top catering and champagne at the end of the day;
• Offset of the carbon emissions through the Carbon Footprint program (https://www.carbonfootprint.com/).

The D2P Academy is a learning program consisting of five levels that will allow those Clients willing to progress to be able to be assessed by our professional instructors in a fair and consistent way. Clients will be classified by ‘stars’ that will provide their development level – 0 to 5 ‘stars’.

The advantages of enrolling in the D2P Academy:

• Pack of 5 days will be available and these will provide the following advantages:
• The Client will get its own bespoke D2P – with your name printed – driving suit, helmet; shoes and gloves

(and you will be allowed to keep these after the training program);

• D2P will pay for the first license exam fees by the RACB;
• The cancellation policy is far less restrictive than the standard cancellation policy as the Client will be

allowed to cancel her/his participation to the planned event up to 72 hours before the start of the event;

• Those Clients will have priority for bookings and will be made aware of our calendar and calendar

changes before other users;

• Should the Client not be able to attend the 5 trackdays in a single year, she/he will be allowed to transfer

them to the next year.

D2P – The Business in a nutshell – Other Service – Business/incentive Events organisation

Taxi Laps

On some of our dates at Spa-Francorchamps (see next page), we are offering the option of living the exciting experience of going around the track as a passenger in one of our Lotus 3-11 (as from EUR 250 for 3 laps) or in our Ferrari 458 Challenge (as from EUR 350 for 3 laps). The experience includes: 3 laps in one of our above cars (should there be a yellow or a red flag during one of these laps, another lap will be offered), equipment renting (driving suit, helmet, gloves,...), a welcome soft drink and a glass of champagne after the experience for the Client and a guest. As an option: as from EUR 50 per extra-lap and EUR 50 for the video of the experience.

Events Organisation

For business/incentive events (minimum 2 of our cars or 4 of the Clients’ cars) , we would support the

• rganization of business/incentive events.

Should the Clients use their own cars (with a minimum of 4 cars), the cost of this service could vary significantly depending on:

• The track where the event is organized;
• The track day organizer; and
• The car(s) value to be insured (for a full value cover with an excess of EUR 10,000: between 1.2% and 1.5% of

the value to be insured per day – e.g. between EUR 1,200 and EUR 1,500 per day for a EUR 100,000 car).
