Technical management and operation Technical management and operation services services are provided for housing complexes, shopping centers, office building, hotels, athletic spaces and building installations in general, under which, apart from the maintenance of E/M and building installations, the management of subcontractor contracts [project estimates, costing, contract signing] is also undertaken, such as the issuing of communal charges and the financial management of all utility obligations, as well as any other service the customer requires.
