MANUFACTURE OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS

Our production areas and lines were designed as ISO Management Systems by European standards. We use best quality chemical, herbal actives and plants in production. We manufacture all of oils that are used in manufacturing of cosmetic products. (We are the only one company doing it.) We use maximum dosage of active materials. Because we want that people have to see maximum efficiency from our products. Our R&D works are performed with principle of originallity and innovative by experienced squad in last technology laboratories.

MANUFACTURE OF HERBAL OILS AND WATERS

Our fixed oils are manufactured by cold- press. So, our fixed oils 1 0 0 % natural and pure. Because in cold- press method, temperature does not get higher than 40 0C. Our essential oils are manufactured by steam distillation method from only its plant and herb. There is not any chemical or chemical application in our processes.

PRODUCTION APPROACHES OF OTHER COMPANIES

Some of companies wanna earn more with this way. In production process, they use hexane etc. dangerous chemicals. Some of them mix monopropylene glycol, fragrance and solvents to pure essential oil to decrease concentration of oil. These oils are sold in pharmacies and several kinds of market as 1 0 0 % natural. For example clove oil, 38 different companies are checked by Turkish Ministry of Agriculture. As a result,
