Ski School…

 5 days skiing is included in your package, 5 hours of instruction per day (pupils only)  You will be met by your instructors at the ski school meeting point on the piste  Expert instructors from the local ski school will develop your skills over the week  Group size are kept small (approx. 12 pupils) to ensure excellent supervision

Extra things to remember..

• ESTA: Electronic Systems for Travel Authorization ($ 14)
• Your passport should be valid for the proposed duration of your stay.
• Air Passenger Duty: If your child is 16 before or on the date of travel there will be an additional

charge of £78.00

• Baggage: Checked in 23kg Cabin sized case and a small rucksack/handbag.

Things to remember continued..

Behaviour: Behaviour will be monitored throughout year 10 and into year11. If there any concerns the student can be withdrawn from the trip. If there is any unacceptable behaviour whilst on the trip parents are expected to travel to New Hampshire and collect their child. Money: The amount for the students to take will be left to the discretion of the parent. All Money and passports will be kept in the Hotel safe/Staff safes.

Day of Travel

• Arrive at 2.00am
• Leave College at as soon as the coach is loaded
• Travel to Heathrow Airport
• Depart Heathrow at time 9.20am 12th February 2020
• Arrive at Boston (BOS) @ 12.09pm ( 5.09pm UK time)
• Load the coach and transfer to North Conway Grand Hotel (Transfer
• f a minimal 3hrs)

SLEEP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!!!

Itinerary

• Day One: Breakfast will be between 6.00am-6.30am.

Arrive at Bretton Woods ski resort around 8.00am Meet our instructors. You will ski 9.00-12.00 have an hours lunch then ski 1.00-3.00.

• Day Two-Five: Are very similar days with 3 evenings having some type of activity.
• Day Six: Shopping at Woodbury Common, Top of the Rock, Times Square, Evening

meal either at Hard Rock Café/Bubba Gumps

• Day Seven: Staten Island ferry, Wall St, Ground Zero, 5th Avenue.
• Coach to collect us from 5th Avenue and take us to JFK Airport
• Depart at 8.00pm arrive back at LHR Thursday 20th Feb @ 7.55am
