Itinerary (Still in progress) Day Day Time Evening Ents  Eat at Hotel, ski fit and Bed!  8 hour flight to Boston (Via Dublin) Sunday  4 hour coach trip to Jay Peak  Full day skiing  Mass snowball fight! Monday  Water Park  Full day skiing  Snow sculpting competition Tuesday  Ice Skating  Full day skiing  Water Park Wednesday  Quiz/ Piste Basher rides  Full day skiing  Presentation ceremony Thursday  Packing  Pizza and chill out!  Full day skiing Friday  Travel back to Boston Hotel  Asleep on plane!  6 hours at a huge Outlet Mall!!! ‘ ESTA’ Electronic Visa  Everyone needs to complete an online electronic visa. It covers entrance to USA for 2 years.  Need passport details to complete.  https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/  Only takes 10 mins and will cost $14.  Complete and print off the ‘Application Approved’ page and return to school asap.  We have a computer room open after this meeting if you want to get it done tonight?

Insurance  Covered by Chartis Insurance, which is part of the IAG group, and is the Hertfordshire Schools blanket policy.  Excellent full cover  Copies of the insurance policy are available on request  You don’t need your own insurance

Paperwork and Payment Collection  Please hand in all outstanding paperwork tonight  If for any reason you don’t have the required paperwork please get it to me as a matter of urgency  Final payment is to be made by Friday 25 th November 2016. (I know timing for this last payment is rubbish just before Xmas but I have a payment deadline to meet from the Tour Company)
