VALiZO check all travel documents and luggage allowance, and deliver bag tags and boarding pass upon pick up – just like when a passenger goes to the counter at the airport Several days before departure VALiZO makes a first check of travel documents and thereby avoiding troubles later in the process (for instance at the check-in counter or the gate) Price from 395 DKK (6 persons and 6 pieces of ordinary luggage)

Danish Law is only availible in Danish. The relevant laws and decrees are availible at www.retsinformation.dk but only in Danish. Danish Border Control: Decree no. 1197 of 26/09/2016 // Decree no. 1635 of 19/12 2017 Danish Law on Terror and Danish Law on Customs: Law no.1881 of 29/12-2015 Decree no. 1453 of 20/11/2016

All implementation and testing must be completed at this time.

  • Legal action will be taken against all airlines, who are not

compliant with the National Danish Laws and regulations.

  • Regrettably, it might be necessary to clarify the missing

passenger information on arrival and departure in Denmark, which would be a very time consuming action for both the airline and its passengers.

SKAT/Danish Customs Agency is the Danish ”Single-Window” regarding all API/PNR data.

The grace period will terminate at 30th June 2018

Decree no. 1508 of 14/12/2017 – granting an extension of the grace period.

CNS/ATM

CNS/ATM system Support system to CNS/ATM system

(power supply, network, etc.)

SCM and ATM department are working on improving the presentation form of CNS/ATM related safety data. Therefore, no trend and analysis will be displayed for the moment.

No actual safety consequences:

 The screen of ASMGCS redundant position for

APRON in TOWER stopped updating every 10 seconds and user couldn’t give input by mouse and keyboard. IT will keep a close watch on the performance of this screen.

 5 min. outage on two of the MLAT- antennas

due to failure of diesel generator. The event is reported to TBST.

 LED approach light on RWY 22R was

reported dazzling pilot’s eyesight.

 False alarm in MET in TOWER. Naviair is

investigating.

 UPS was running with limited time capacity, as

two of the three power supplies for UPS were

  • ut of service at the same time: diesel

generator failed and couldn’t be repaired within short time; mobile generator was under

  • renovation. No actual safety consequences.

Should UPS have had failed would Radar Nord be out of service, which would resulted in increased operational workload in TOWER.

Waiting time at CPH Express – January 2018

 There were 3 days in January with waiting times more than 5 minutes (KPI 99%)

Thursday 01-02-18: (KPI 98.7%) Friday 02-02-18: (KPI 97.9%) Sathurday 03-02-18: (KPI 95.4%) Due to the recent relocation of advanced bording west, we have experienced a few days with challenges with the CPH Express passenger flow. This is caused by lack of signage and a procedure for the usage of more than one express track. This work is underway, and we therefore expect that this challenge is solved this week.
