Waiting time at CSC – April 2017

 There were 10 days in April with waiting time more than 20 minutes (1/2)

Sunday 09-04-17: Deviation in pax forecast, 1.200 extra pax resulted in queue at 07:30 – 09:00 am. Longest waiting time measured was 20 min. 27 sec. Friday 14-04-17: Deviation in pax forecast, 1.000 extra pax resulted in queue at 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Longest waiting time measured was 21 min. 24 sec. Saturday 15-04-17: An error was made in the allocation process of the resources in the handover between two shifts. The planed number of tracks was therefore not in use. Deviation in pax forecast, 1.000 extra pax resulted in queue at 13:00 am – 15:00 pm Longest waiting time measured was 31 min. 40 sec. Sunday 16-04-17: Deviation in pax forecast, 3.100 extra pax resulted in queue at 11:00 am – 13:00 pm Longest waiting time measured was 28 min. 10 sec. Monday 17-04-17: Deviation in pax forecast, 400 extra pax resulted in queue at 19:00 am – 20:00 pm Longest waiting time measured was 22 min. 06 sec.

→ Cruise with turn around is increasing by 30 % → Of the potential 728.000 airport passengers in 2017 it is estimated that 326.000 will travel through CPH
