OBJECTIVE JECTIVES OF THE CENTE NTER On November 17, 2011, the Engineering and Technology Center (ETC)
- f
GC INVESTGEOSERVIS was opened in Tyumen and in 2013 it was transferred over to Moscow. ETC that is a unique project for Russian in many respects is equipped in a state-of-the-art manner and designed to draw competitive advantage at the stage of the wells design and construction. The ETC task is to minimize operational risks through the project quality enhancement and by means of the online professional technological support of the wells construction process rendered by the center’s competent personnel and the works performance control. ENGIN INEERING RING DESIG IGN ETC takes part in the preparation of a technical assignment for well design. Technological department of the ETC works through the modern technical and engineering solutions planned to be implemented in the well construction
- process. At this stage, the ETC issues a
documentation that is approved by the customer, is compliant with the formation’s geological structure and includes technical and engineering solutions requisite for the high-quality well construction.

INVESTGEOSERVIS is implementing Corporate Social Responsibility policy whereby a business monitors and ensures its active compliance with the spirit of the law, environmental, ethical standards and international norms. In 2014, the rig crew personnel has undergone training on the well management in failures and emissions according to the international standard International World Control Forum. Personal protective equipment by the leading global manufacturers of PPE is used in the project works. INVESTGEOSERVIS has certificates required for operations performance:

Within the period 2013-2020, JSC INVESTGEOSERVIS shall drill 134 wells. Three rigs BU 6000/400 SCR “ARCTICA” (2000 HP). Failure-free

in arctic conditions of complete self-sufficiency at the temperature down to -60°С and wind velocity 20 m/s. A complex logistic scheme is implemented that allowed delivering 20,000 tons of cargo per year in the shortest time possible.

In last three years seven super-deep wells have been successfully drilled in the Yamal 6,500 to 8,500 meters MD. The longest ERD well in the mainland part of Russia – 8,497 meters long with step out of 7,059 meters. Engineering and technological center of INVESTGEOSERVIS has participated directly in the ERD wells engineering design and executed engineering calculations and selection of requisite technologies and materials. The following technologies have been employed in constructions:
- Latest-generation rotary-steerable systems
- Online Logging-while-drilling (LWD) gauges
- Real-time geomechanical support
- Lowering the casing columns with constant
rotation and circulation
- Hydraulic reaming pad device for the casing
column
- Equipment for transportation column rotation

Working on a project at the Kuyumbinskoe field in Krasnoyarsk Krai since 2014. 1 drilling rig 6000/400 SCR (2000 HP) “ARCTICA” and 3 drilling rigs ZJ-50 DBS (1500 HP) are engaged. Drilling facilities have been mobilized in the shortest possible time for a distance of
4,500 km in the no-road and complex
logistic scheme conditions. A well with a target depth of 3,723 meters TVD and a horizontal sidetrack has been drilled by 12% faster than the competitors’

Conquering Eastern Siberia
Working for ROSNEFT project since 2014. Five mobile drilling units 1000 HP Drilling of sidetracks up to 1,650 meters long. 2015 – we have drilled the vertical exploration wells up to 4,400 meters deep. 3 years contract for VOSTSIBNEFTEGAZ project within the period 2017-2019. Drilling rig ZJ-50 DBS (1500 HP) is engaged. The prospect of mobilizing additional rigs to the project.
