#48MedCruiseGA Ø Speakers should be properly briefed regarding the timing, presentation and content of their interventions. This will make the sessions more interesting and allow time for panel discussion. I suggest introducing a professional training on PR, marketing and communication skills. Overall it is always good to be with the Med family and I thought that the local

  • rganization was superb!! Well done to the local team.

The quality of the work and reports done by the MedCruise Secretariat is second to none in the industry. Congrats again and see you soon! Ø Wonderful first GA experience, a huge incentive to improve and innovate. Thank you! Ø More and more people arrange to leave on Friday, regardless of the efforts and expenses

  • f the organizing port authority for the Farewell dinner and Saturday excursions. With the

internal matters on Friday afternoon, the audience was much more sparse than usual. Another issue is the cancellation of cruises execs' participation at the last moment, and the fact that we always meet the same ones. Ø Need to invite the representatives of other brands, such as Viking Cruises, Hapag Llloyd, Sea Cloud, NCL's group, Crystal Cruises...

Further comments (as submitted)

slide-35
SLIDE 35

#49MedCruiseGA

#48MedCruiseGA Ø Being in a port that lost its calls due to external affairs, I think the matter should be explained in a way that all ports learn about it. We are all facing similar acts. This is the

  • nly thing I missed. What do they do to receive the calls?

Ø Workshops: The contents should be improved GA app: I was not able to vote using the app Ø Keep up the good work! Ø Once again, congratulations! Ø Any session and workshop should be programmed including time for Q&As and debate with the floor. Ø Good job ! Ø Good job, please focus on port operations needs Ø As always it's all fantastic
