What are Hydroxytyrosol and Oleuropein?

Hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein are amongst the most potent natural antioxidants ever discovered and found in olive leaves, fruit and oil.

They are small hydroxytyrosol molecules that get absorbed into the blood stream, then oleuropein into the cell nucleus
