Milestones on our way into the wheeled mobility market

▪ 1966: Foundation as upholstery firm by Hermann Schnierle ▪ 1990: Start of own production of seats for minibuses (Pioneer in production of coach seats with integrated 3-point belts) ▪ 2003: Construction of own test facility, certified by TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Süd (TÜV Automotive), RDW (NL), UTAC (FR), DTC (CH etc.) Opening into the mobility market by launching our seats on tested aluminium floor system and fast-lock-foot system, followed by providing wheelchair and passenger restraint systems ▪ 2010: Launch of patented ROLLIBOX, the comfortable vehicle transport solution for passengers with and without wheelchairs Followed by development of belt pillar with headrest ▪ 2015: Growing demands of mobility solutions lead us to the decision to acquire Schnierle Safety Belts GmbH (former Schneeweis), with own seat belt production ▪ 2017: Further development of our belt pillar with headrest results now in the SAFETRANS (tested for M1 + M2)

Heavy Duty Wheelchair Restraint System

Our new and innovative Heavy Duty Wheelchair Restraint System Maxi – an awesome and ingeniously simple development ! A system with a patented crash absorber for all wheelchairs:

Wheelchairs with integrated lap belt

✓ Heavy load system tested with 20 G (dynamic) and wheelchair weight

• f 160 Kg (↔ 85Kg acc. to ISO) provides high safety in case of crashes

✓ System tested with integrated lap belt (adjustable belt system with

straps)

✓ Aluminium floor and Rail-In system tested with 200 KG.

In case of a front crash the force can be transmitted to the belt system for reducing and absorbing and thus the crash effect for the passenger becomes attenuated.
