  3. Introduction « ENHANCING INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITIES ON REDD+ ISSUES FOR SUSTAINABLE FOREST MANAGEMENT IN THE CONGO BASIN ». Exemple : CEFDHAC Support Task 1 : Strengthen communication tools for REDD + networks CEFDHAC regional and national 1.1 Define the involvement of different target groups strategy at regional and national level 1.2 Develop the toolbox of communication on REDD + to a target audience identified 1.3 Broadcast Equipment Information Communication and Education (IEC ) on REDD + at the regional level and in the six countries covers by the engagement strategy Tache 2 : Facilitate consultations on REDD+ issues 2.1 Organize and facilitate a first series of regional and national workshops on REDD + issues 2.2 Contribute to the preparation of policy statements closely with network representatives CEFDHAC 2.3 .
