THE E MOTIV IVES ES OF THE E ST STUDY -Update the association's political charter, identifying not only new challenges but also an order of operational and strategic priorities for the period 2020- 2030. -A context of change -The necessity to highlight a real specificity of Atlantic cities, in order to implement an effective development ecosystem and mobilize forces -Forming a renewed, transparent and relevant method of cooperation in the face of today's and tomorrow’s challenges.
THE E MET ETHODO ODOLOG LOGY -Implementation of surveys among the experts of each city, in order to identify the priority themes and the expectations for the period 2020 2030 -Diagnostic of the internal strategic policies and planning of the cities members, as well as european factors of change -Redefinition of the network’s methods of action through the definition of an operational strategy
