Many years of experience in production of die casting molds, injection molds, punching tools, stamping tools, and blow molds. 3D MODELING. Creating construction documentation on the basis of 2D drawing and 3D model. High tech equipment, allowing production of mid and large dimension molds. THE PRODUCTION IS ORGANIZED IN THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS: preparation, milling, turning, die-sink and wire-cut EDM, grinding, fitting and assembly.

ALUMINUM HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING MACHINES FROM 170 T TO 1100 T. Casting of parts with complex design from 10 g to 22 kg. Alloy analysis by Spectrometer Oxford instruments Foundry Master UV. Measurement laboratory for cast parts equipped with manual and CNC 3D machines. Cleaning and processing of the cast parts with punching tools, tumbling machines and specialized machines.

Milling and turning of mid and large dimension parts on CNC machines with up to 5 axis. Machining of parts from stainless steel, black steel (all kinds), aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, magnesium, sintered materials and technical plastic. Three stage system for quality control. System for quick retuning of machines.
