CHARTREUX! Le!Chat!des!Chartreux,! The!Chartreux!is!a!natural,! felis!catus!coeruleus! historic!French!breed.!!It!was! from!Buffon,!18 th !century! first!described!in!wriMng!as!!! early!as!the!16 th !century,!and! catalogued!by!early!naturalists! Linnaeus!and!Buffon!as!one!of! four!breeds!known!in!Europe.!! !
