The client is a Turkish soap manufacturer based in Johor. The client wanted a team programme to strengthen the relationship among their senior leadership team.
Case Study 1: Evyap Sabun (M) Sdn. Bhd. Programme
After an interview with their MD, we designed and conducted a 2-day team programme for their senior leadership team. Participants gain a better appreciation of each other through the DiSC psychometric tool and created shared experiences through the experiential activities.

The client is a Malaysian precision engineering company. As part of their annual programme, they wanted a high impact and memorable team programme for 60 participants.

We designed a 1-day high intensity programme with outdoor activities such as
- bstacle course, rafting and paintball.

Case Study 3: Fragomen Pte. Ltd. Client’s Goals
The client is an international law firm specializing in a range of immigration law services and based in Singapore. The client wanted a team programme for 80 participants. Apart from recognising the employees for their hard work, they wanted the programme to improve the bond among their multinational employees and get them to work better with each other.
Programme
This 3D/2N programme consisted of indoor, outdoor and personality profiling tool. The outdoor activities include a rafting challenge. We used a behavioural profiling tool to help employees understand their personal style and that of others. For a hassle-free engagement, we managed all their logistical needs which includes bus arrangement from Singapore to Port Dickson, accommodation, seafood dinner on arrival and a stop over in Melaka for Peranakan lunch.

Client’s Goals
The client is a German multinational IT services and consulting company. The client wanted a team programme to improve the working relationship among employees as most of them work in a virtual environment.
Programme
Due to organisation’ constraint, we conducted the first day of their 3D/2N programme in the office. We started with a behavioural profiling tool to help employees understand their preferred work styles. Participants used this information to discuss how they can improve their working relationship. The programme consisted of indoor and outdoor
- activities. The programme ended with the team
creating a ‘rules of engagement’ on how they can improve working relationship.

The client is a global market research and consulting firm. The client wanted a team programme to strengthen the working relationship between their Singapore and Malaysia team.

This 3D/2N programme consisted of indoor and outdoor activities. For the outdoor activity, we incorporated the ropes course challenge. We used a motivational profiling tool to help employees better understand themselves and gain an appreciation of others. Participants used this information to discuss how they can improve their working relationship.
