S tate Reporting/ Production Control Unit will be hosting S tate Reporting via External trainings for school IMS / IMT’s. We would like to encourage all appropriate personnel to attend at least one training on an annual basis. S chool IMS / IMT’s must register through MyLearningplan.com in order to attend these trainings. Dates are as follows:
Tuesday, August 16th Friday, August 26th Thursday, S eptember 1st Tuesday, S eptember 6th Tuesday, S eptember 27th Wednesday, October 5th Monday, October 10th Wednesday, October 19th Wednesday, October 26th Tuesday, November 8th

S chools will only receive one or more reports if they have an error in TERMS . This information will be pulled from TERMS every Friday night after 4:00 p.m. S chools will receive their reports on that following Monday morning. The C13 panel will also be updated during this process.
