State Reporting via External Trainings

Production Control/State Reporting Unit will be hosting two trainings (Beginning/Advance) for IMS/IMTs. We would like to encourage all appropriate personnel to attend at least two trainings on an annual basis. The IMS/IMTs must register through MyLearningplan.com in order to attend these trainings. Dates are as follows: Thursday, August 17th Thursday, August 31st, (Advanced) Wednesday, September 6th Wednesday, September 20th (Advanced) Please Note: If you are a new IMS/IMT in a school (Charters included) and the trainings are already filled, please contact me as soon as possible, (754) 321-0493.

pulled from TERMS every Friday night after 4:00 p.m. Schools will receive their report(s) on the following Monday morning. The C13 panel will also be update during this process. • FTE-1 Sending Report (BS7006) = Schools will only receive this report if they are sharing a student with

another school. Ex: Dual Enrollment student
