Question: Is project management seen as a value creator in strategy delivery? Areas of focus

Respondents 960 responses from a wide variety of project management professionals (Close to 1/3 Respondents from Government)

Survey: General Findings

  • 1. Project Management valued to deliver corporate strategy;
  • 2. PM Maturity generally low. Significant investment envisaged to improve

internal systems, skills and links to corporate strategy;

  • 3. Leadership and communication skills high on agenda of project

managers;

  • 4. Value PM provides needs to be directly linked to measurable benefits

realised from projects.
