1994 Hoist Technology founded. 1999 Subsidiaries established in Denmark and Norway. 2000 Subsidiary established in the UK. 2005 Subsidiary established in Russia. 2007 Hoist Technology acquired EM Systemer AS. 2009 Subsidiary established in Finland, with branches in the Baltic States. Hoist Technology acquired Jovent AB. 2010 Hoist Technology acquired Luftkontroll i Örebro AB. 2011 Hoist Technology acquired TK-ventilasjon AS and at year end the group was divided into two separate entities: Hoist Technology Group AB and Hoist Energy Group AB. 2012 Hoist Technology created a business alliance with Locatel and acquired Restech Reservation Technology AB. 2013 Hosting centre opened. 2014 Hoist Technology merged with Locatel and became HoistLocatel.

HISTORY

HoistLocatel is the result of the merger of Hoist Technology, which was founded in 1994, and Locatel which was founded in 1962.
