▪ Started in December 2018 ▪ First Four Seasons Residences in Montreal, and 4th in Canada. ▪ Working with Developper, Constructors, Realtor Agent and Residents to ensure progress and correct execution of their new homes ▪ Set-up of the entire Residential Department (Standards, Operational and Legal Procedures, Hiring, Training etc.) ▪ As of today: ▪ People: 9 Residents have moved in // Resident Satisfaction 100% // Employees turnover 0% ▪ Product: 12 units sold // 4 units still under construction // 6 on the market
