Get a job or volunteer to gain experience, develop work ethic, & enhance communication skills

SOPHOMORE: Engage

Get a job/internship, develop interpersonal skills, build a good work ethic, and begin constructing a network

JUNIOR: Experience

Get a job/internship, continue building a network, compile self-evaluation & qualifications, identify potential future employers

SENIOR: Enhance
