INCORPORATING:

  • Application for bursary;
  • Consent to perform Financial Eligibility test;
  • Incorporates provision for banking details;

  • Becomes the agreement between student and NSFAS on the

award of a bursary THIS REPLACES THE BURSAY APPLICATON FORM AND THE NEED FOR SUBSEQUENT SIGNING OF AN SoP
