For a student: has a direct contact with the world of work, matches expectations with reality, has growing awareness of importance and value of own work competences. For the school: ensures more appropriate preparation of its students for the world of work, thus fulfilling its mission in a more complete and good-quality way. For the company: it has a direct insight into potential employees and an opportunity to influence their shaping and expertise. For the society as a whole: obtains young people who are better prepared for life and work in real conditions, who are more adaptable and who will more rapidly give their contribution to the society.
SLIDE 14 Serbian companies don’t generally have
a high level of social responsibility and they relatively rarely understand the importance of such cooperation.
Foreign companies foster such
approach, but this is usually implemented through organising a visit (Ball packaging, Fiat Serbia...).
The huge issue is organising any form
If cooperation is established in any form
– it is (in most cases) owing to personal acquaintances, and not due to the existence of a system approach.
