recommended development plans.

  • b. HALCROW-US / USTDA/ Nathan Assoc. et al. 2010-2011; not

very different from JICA. Additional emphasis: increased private participation in port operations.

  • c. Royal Haskoning et al., 2012 focused on Cargo Projections,

ultimate Port Inventory for Ghana, etc.

  • d. Sellhorn / HPC et al., 2014-2016: project-oriented MPs being

implemented; projections range 4.5%-11%p.a. growth.
