 Unfair criticism of Departmental image.  No attractive working environment.  Poor infra structure within the premises.  Malpractice conducted by some employees.  Lack of understanding regarding the international standards.  Lack of Computer Literacy.  No satisfactory utilization of resources.  The Processes was neither transparent nor convenient.
