Some examples of coaching assignments:

• 1. Coach to head of corporate and commercial banking of a major global banking group working
• n raising level of strategic dialogue, personal impact, leadership skills.

Result: Increase in confidence, delegating and motivating skills; promotion to new role at corporate headquarters.

• 2. Coach to senior officer in Metropolitan police working on career plan and personal brand.

Result: Client passed interview board and achieved senior level promotion.

• 3. Coach to senior manager of a public sector London Housing Association working on career

direction, personal brand. Result: Client achieved promotion and job change to new council, and signed up for OU degree.

• 4. Coach to founding partners of fast growing, entrepreneurial business who had reached a

turnover in excess of £4 million. but suffering from growing pains due to lack of processes, systems, project management, and service consistency. Result: New processes put in place; growth plan with measurable goals, restructuring of team. Business grew through recession and increased profitability.
